Cart fee is not included in the membership. Members must pay a separate cart fee each time they ride
Children 10 years & under play for free when accompanied by a member (cart fee not included).

Membership does not include outings or planned events.
No Carts allowed in the parking lot for safety reasons.

Member agrees to the following when using a BRCC golf cart:

To have full knowledge of the operation of the cart.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
No more than two people and two sets of clubs on each cart.
To use pro shop or cart attendant-assigned golf carts only, ID will be scanned in our system.
To return the assigned golf cart in the same condition as received.
Not to tamper with, or modify golf carts.
Damage to any person or property during the operation of the cart is the member’s responsibility, and the cost associated is also the member’s responsibility.

Tee Times:

Tee times are encouraged and may be made up to two weeks in advance.
Sign In: All players must sign in at the pro shop prior to play. Pro shop permission must be obtained to start on #10 tee. Players wishing to play additional rounds must check in at the pro shop to both alert the pro shop, and to pay additional cart fees if necessary.
Course Rules: Members are expected to comply with course rules at all times, including dress code, course etiquette, and courtesy to other golfers and staff.
Course Availability: Members must comply when the course is unavailable to play due to weather conditions, course maintenance, when the course is closed for the season, other scheduled events, etc.
Memberships are non-refundable.
Memberships are non-transferable.
BRCC is now a proper golf attire course. Polo or collared shirts are required, no denim. Attire is lenient in the Spring/Fall.
